Genoa City WI Offering an Updated Park to Give Local Homeowners and Their Families a Place to Enjoy

The 25-acre Dr. Miller Park in Genoa City, WI will receive some fun and exciting updates for families

The Genoa City WI Village Park Commission presented the plan to
update Dr. Miller Park near the Brookwood middle school in February of this
year. However, the full execution of the
plan may take 5 to 10 years before it can be a place where families can really
see all the improvements. According to
Lake Geneva Regional News online, the additions to this largest park in the
village will include a playground, nature area, dog park, splash pad, BMX area,
exercise stations, and rest rooms. The estimated
funding needed for the project is $8,000.

The money to fund this endeavor will most likely come from
fund raisers, private donations from individuals and local groups, and possibly
grants. With new developments in this
area, planned renovations to the 25-acre park are hoped to provide a better
place for families to enjoy time with their children.
