There was some more positive news for the Lake Geneva lakefront market this week, bringing additional hope and optimism that the Fall of 2009 will continue to make up for the lack of sales from the summer.  We’re now 2 for 2 with the last two new lakefront home listings that have come on the market have both obtained an accepted offer within less than a week of being on the market. The latest home is at N1917 Bluff Lane in Linn Township located on the South Shore of the lake.  It is listed at $1,595,000 by an agent from the Keefe Real Estate Lake Geneva office and has 65′ of frontage.  Odds are with a sale that quickly, the price probably came in very close to or over the asking price. 

This is just further evidence that the Lake Geneva lakefront market continues to outperform many other markets and should help convince any potential Buyers who are on the fence that the time to take action and make a purchase is now.  Those who choose to ignore all the naysayers and decide to make a purchase now will surely not look back with any regret for making a move in the Fall of 2009.
