It Won’t be Long Before the Ice is Off Lake Geneva

In case you’ve been wondering, it won’t be long before the ice is completely off Lake Geneva and that means Spring can’t be far away. The ice on the lake always begins to turn this very interesting deep blue color just before it melts away entirely. With the temperatures in the 50′s the last few days, I think there’s a good chance the lake will be open by this weekend. I had a very busy couple of days last weekend with lots of showings, I’m sure we’ll continue to see more and more activity as the weather improves. I have a strong feeling we are about to see some very good things happening in our real estate market.
