The Lake Lawn Resort is offering a fresh new look and offering more for investors

The Lake Lawn Resort of Wisconsin is ready to move to their
next stage of redevelopment. This 275-acre
Delavan Lake WI lakefront resort is renovating meeting rooms, restaurants,
bars, the main lobby and bathrooms as just part of their $390 million
redevelopment plan. Lake Lawn resort
just finished updating 222 guest rooms, which have already mostly been sold to
investors as condo units. More lakefront
condos by the marina and a 455-room hotel with waterpark are also part of the
redevelopment.

The resort is still open for business all year long, with
only the specific areas of construction being closed off at a time for a ‘facelift.’
